1. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods, it may take slightly longer.

2. How will I know my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our studio.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout options. All transactions are encrypted.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by location.

6. Will I be charged customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs fees. These are set by your country and are not included in our pricing.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Can I return or exchange my item?

10. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

Not at this time—but our packaging is clean, minimal, and ready to impress.
